- Eligible Refunds and Exchanges: We accept refunds and exchanges only if the phone case appears to be faulty. If you receive a defective product, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect Orders: Please make sure to order the correct case for your device. We cannot process refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong model. Always double-check your device model before placing an order.
- Required Documentation: To initiate a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that you send clear pictures of the faulty product to our email at dalgeofficial@gmail.com. This will help us assess the issue and provide a resolution.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your photos and request, our team will review the case and get back to you within 10 business days with the next steps.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.
